Hire Dynamics is seeking a Customer Service Administrator for an immediate need with a top client in Haw River, NC. The position will be responsible for overall office support, accounting and overall customer care (including but not limited to answering general phone inquiries, creation of departmental reports and ensuring that general office needs are met. Communicates directly with customers and performs all customer services; provide excellent customer service; ensures customer service satisfaction
Prepares various computer reports for both customers and internal use
Prepares customer invoices
Creates Purchase Orders, obtains signatures, records payments and follows up if not paid
Maintains various logs and reports (i.e. quarterly billings reports)
Orders office and production supplies
Maintains customer records and files
Assists with other tasks as given by Supervisor
Minimum six months of general office experience
High School diploma
Must have high proficiency in word processing/spreadsheet applications
Customer Service experience
Read, write, and speak fluent English
Strong communication skills
Lift up to 30 lbs.
Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while following safety guidelines
Hourly pay rate: $14.00
1st shift. Monday-Friday (8a-5pm)
