Payroll Administrator (2 month contract) potentially contract to hire

Duties:

  • Entry of all new hires, pay & role changes, and terminated employees into ADP
  • Maintain and track all accrued time off benefits, reconcile in payroll
  • Process all payroll runs
  • Maintain a calendar of important dates affecting payroll
  • Compile, review and analyze ADP reports
  • Produce certified payroll reports from ADP using the DOL Form WH-347

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or related field
  • Completion of Basic payroll classes and payroll tax courses
  • FPC, preferred
  • 4+ years of recent payroll experience
  • 2+ years of recent ADP experience
  • Experience of full cycle payroll processing for 500+ employees
  • Reconciling payroll to general ledger experience

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $25.00 to $31.25 /hour
