Hire Dynamics is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Part Time Administrative Assistant job in Charlotte, NC. This is a temporary opportunity. As a Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for supporting the Center with professional customer service, respond to customer needs, answer calls, refer customers to proper personnel, and provide assistance with marketing support on the Centers social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram). Responsibilities for this Administrative Assistant job include:


* assist Program Associate and Technology Administrator with managing the contact list and client data base.

* assist with e-mail blast to constituents regarding all of the sessions, seminars, and programs offered

* perform other responsibility that the Executive Director deems necessary and appropriate.

* will work closely with the Executive Director on managing her calendar, supporting programs and events, assist with set up of seminars and sessions offered




* H.S. Diploma or 2 - 3 years of related work experience

* Candidate must be able to work well with others, provide customer service, and has the ability to work independently when necessary.

  • Candidate must be able to lift at least 25lb, carry material to and from training sessions.

  • Have some experience with working with MS Office Suite Program.

  • Exhibits a willingness to learn and develop.
