Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Hire Dynamics is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Part-Time Administrative Assistant job in Charlotte, NC. This is a contract opportunity. Responsibilities for this Part-Time Administrative Assistant job include:
* Support purchasing activities through Staples and Corporate Amex Card
* Reads and routes incoming mail, prepares outgoing mail and correspondence including e-mails
* Creates and assists with large group presentations utilizing Microsoft Power Point as required
* Assist in populating and maintaining the Communications Sharepoint site folders
* Composes, types, and saves copies of routine correspondence on an as needed basis
* Assists in the scheduling of various meetings and appointments, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities, and records and transcribes minutes of meetings on an as needed basis
* Orders and maintains office supplies
* Various other duties as signed by supervisor
* Must have strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and be able to thrive in a fast paced environment
* Must be a team player and enjoy service oriented type of work
* High School Diploma or GED; Associates degree in a related discipline is preferred
* 2-5 years of hands on experiences as an Administrative Assistant preferably for a large company
* Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in addition to a pleasant and professional telephone demeanor
* Overall excellent PC skills and be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
20-30 hours per week / 9am-2pm. Hours can be flexible for the right candidate. $12-$15 per hour.
