Responsibilities for this Office Services Coordinator job include:

 

  • Respond to miscellaneous trouble calls and other non-routine matters.

  • Sort, deliver, and pickup mail. Operate postage machine.

  • Maintain current records for warehouse storage, retrieve when necessary and manage document retention process.

  • Pick up and deliver record boxes.

  • Provide printing services as requested, such as copying and padding.

  • Run errands as requested.

  • Repair and provide routine maintenance for office equipment.

  • Keep office supply stockroom neat and distribute supplies as needed.

  • Maintain company vehicle(s).

  • Assist in office relocations.

  • Maintain inventory and control of all items.

  • Assist our associates with general requests such as hanging pictures, moving boxes, and setting up for meetings.

  • Maintain Ingram vending machines, and place service calls when necessary.

  • Maintain stamp inventory and purchases, including cash drawer balance.

  • Purchase and provide refreshments for company meetings when requested.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Qualifications:

 

Must be able to communicate effectively in person and on the telephone.

Ability to interact with 200 plus people every day.

Good knowledge of fax machines, photocopiers, hand tools, and other office equipment.

Microsoft Office skills required.
