Hire Dynamics is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an Office Assistant job in Shelby, NC. This is a possible temp-to-perm opportunity. Responsibilities for this Office Assistant job include:

 

* Assist CEO and department heads with assigned task

* Submit reimbursements

* Schedule and organize internal and external meetings

* Take meeting minutes

* Run screen sharing and conference call during meetings

* Schedule flights, hotels and car services

* Field phone calls/emails for the CEO and Sales

* Greet guests

* Help keep common areas tidy

* Assist in organization of office/building move

* Field and post to Facebook as directed and occasionally assist with other Marketing activities

* Place orders for miscellaneous items (business cards, etc.)

* Monitor front desk inbox

 

Qualifications:

 

* Outlook, specifically calendar

* High School Diploma or GED required, Associates a plus

* Conference platforms

* Facebook knowledge

* PowerPoint

* Excel

* Word

* Basic IT knowledge

* Ability to multitask and be self-motivated
