Hire Dynamics is assisting a local client in their search to fill an Office Assistant job in Burlington NC.

 

Responsibilities for this Office Assistant job include:

 

  • Provide customer service in person & over the phone

  • Assist customers with leasing inquiries

  • Process payments

  • Follow up on outstanding balances

  • Keep up to date records

  • Run errands as needed & any other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Computer skills & strong data entry skills are important in terms of accuracy.

 

Shift : Monday-Friday, some Saturdays (as necessary) 8:00 am - 5:00pm

Pay: $10.00/hr
