Position SummaryThe maintenance process technician is responsible for achieving and maintaining product quality from commissioning through the product lifecycle; mainly focused on robot programming and parameterization of (joining) processes.Primary Duties:Creating, optimizing and maintaining robot programs.Set, adjust and maintain parameters for joining operations.Set up and maintenance of in-process quality control systems.Breakdown diagnostics regarding processes and robotics.Root cause analysis on re-occurring problems.Collaborate with Controls Technicians for commissioning, optimization and diagnostics.Documenting process and parameter changesMake mechanical adjustments to fixtures.Participate in preventive maintenance activities.Train maintenance technicians and first operators on (basic) robot tasks.Your ProfileDesired Skills and Experience:Extensive knowledge of Fanuc and KukaExperience with the following joining processes:Resistance and Projection Welding of steel and aluminum (Harms-Wende)Drawn Arc Welding (Emhart Tucker)Capacitor Discharge WeldingGlue application (SCA)(Stud) Clinching, Riveting operations (Tox, Profil, Rifast)Laser Welding (Trumpf TruDisk, Scansonic ALO3)CMT MIG Brazing (Fronius)Basic PLC Knowledge (Siemens S7)Skilled in English, knowledge of German preferred.Able to read and interpret (customer) quality requirements and industrial standards.Knowledge of the metric system and metric/European standard machine components.
