Healthcare Customer Service Representative
Experience Level: We are looking for candidates with at least 1-2 years of previous high-volume call center experience. We will also require 1-2 years of medical experience.
Job Description: Employees will be taking inbound calls from the hospital verifying information and answering patient questions.
Pay Rate: $15 an hour
Length of Assignment: Long term contract to hire (+6 months). Most of our candidates who we have employed here have been offered permanent positions. Typically a permanent position will result in an increase in pay along with benefits.
Training Schedule: 5-6 weeks of training
