Customer Service Representative
Insurance Verification for Home Mortgages, Car Insurance, Flood/Fire Insurance, etc.
Assist customers by reviewing payments and coverage
Adding coverage through insurance carriers
Fluent in Spanish and English - Bilingual, preferred
1+ years of call center experience
HS diploma or higher
Strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette
Ability to answer caller questions and the ability to problem solve
Ability to sell products and/or services
Ability to navigate call center software, and enter appropriate information with speed and accuracy
Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute
Flexible with regards to work schedule (evenings and weekends may be required)
Shift: Monday - Friday, 11am-8pm or 1pm-10pm
Pay: $13, temp to hire, great opportunity for growth once perm.
