Job Description



  • Insurance Verification for Home Mortgages, Car Insurance, Flood/Fire Insurance, etc.

  • Assist customers by reviewing payments and coverage

  • Adding coverage through insurance carriers


  • Fluent in Spanish and English - Bilingual, preferred

  • 1+ years of call center experience

  • HS diploma or higher

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette

  • Ability to answer caller questions and the ability to problem solve

  • Ability to sell products and/or services

  • Ability to navigate call center software, and enter appropriate information with speed and accuracy

  • Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute

  • Flexible with regards to work schedule (evenings and weekends may be required)


Shift: Monday - Friday, 11am-8pm or 1pm-10pm

Pay: $13, temp to hire, great opportunity for growth once perm.
