Responsibilities:Answer incoming calls and respond to customer's emailsAppointment scheduling/rescheduling/ cancellingIdentify and escalate issues to supervisorsProvide product and service information to customersDocument all call informationFollow up on customer callsTier 1 support for CRM systemPossible Shifts (Full-time/Part-time can accommodate)10a-6p 11a-7p 12p-8p 1p-9p Training (Classroom/Shadow)2 weeks10a-6p Mon - Thurs1st half of the day in the classroom 2nd half of the day shadowingAfter 2 weeks of training they will be moved to agreed upon shift/scheduleSchedules are made a month at a time30 days hands on training before alternating weekend (Saturday) schedulingTemp-Perm*Benefits*Monthly Bonus Eligible Dress CodeBusiness casualPay Rate$12 /hr with internal growth potential
