As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for assisting customers with order related issues and providing timely and accurate follow through. Responsibilities for this Customer Service Representative job include:
* Work with sales offices, profit centers, shipping department and finance to support customer requirements
* Research order statuses and reconcile product issues
Experience with JD Edwards
Proficient knowledge of PC applications, Prove it testing required
Ability to display a positive and professional attitude even under stressful situations
Ability to always demonstrate proper communication techniques, both written and verbal, to convey to all customers which reflect favorably upon the company image and products
Ability to work as a team player, and understands and knows how to work harmoniously and effectively with fellow co-workers
Normal work hours are 8am to 4:30pm, overtime may be required and may include some Saturday work. Positions start at $17 per hour
