Hire Dynamics is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Customer Service Representative job in Statesville, NC. This is a temporary to hire position. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting and communicating with customers, vendors, sales partners, and fellow employees, in a fast paced sales organization. Responsibilities include:


  • Key and process sales requisitions, bills of lading, and purchase orders relative to stock orders and direct orders.

  • Match all acknowledgments or confirmations to purchase orders to ensure cost and delivery dates are correct. Follow up with vendor immediately on any discrepancies.

  • Handle incoming calls for orders from sales and customers.

  • Review all daily reports and take appropriate actions. 

  • Prepare sales requisitions for daily billing. 

  • Assist in warehouse inventory at 3PLs, and research any discrepancies.

  • Assist sales reps in keeping up with stock inventory and reorder as needed.

  • Provide assistance to employees in the Statesville branch as need dictates and time permits.




  • Experience in a sales organization with order entry

  • Must be able to multi-task and be detail oriented.

  • Must be professional and possess excellent math and logic skills.


Hourly pay rate: $15.00
