Customer Service Representative
Customer Service Representatives (CSR’s) provide exceptional customer service to customers while working in a fast paced and professional environment, providing a consistent level of superior support during inbound calls. Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on the Client’s products and current on all new processes, procedures and tools.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 6 months of verifiable experience in a call center
Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
Steady work history
Must have High School Diploma or similar
