Responsibilities for this Customer Service Representative job include:
Calls regarding traffic violations and court fines, etc.
1+ year of customer service required, 1+ years of call center experience preferred
No time off within the first 30 days
Must have no prior obligations for the first 90 days
Must be able to abide by two 15-minute breaks, 30-minute lunch, and 10-15-minute bathroom breaks
Must have reliable transportation, not on a bus line
Score an 81%+ on Call Center Environmental audio and at least 25 wpm on Kenexa tests
Shift: must be flexible, call center is open Monday - Friday 8AM-10PM.
