Hire Dynamics is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Customer Service Representative job in Alpharetta, GA. This is a contract to hire opportunity. Responsibilities for this Customer Service Representative job include:

  • Inbound calls

  • Payment processing

  • Calls regarding traffic violations and court fines, etc.



  • 1+ year of customer service required, 1+ years of call center experience preferred

  • No time off within the first 30 days

  • Must have no prior obligations for the first 90 days

  • Must be able to abide by two 15-minute breaks, 30-minute lunch, and 10-15-minute bathroom breaks

  • Must have reliable transportation, not on a bus line

  • Score an 81%+ on Call Center Environmental audio and at least 25 wpm on Kenexa tests

Shift: must be flexible, call center is open Monday - Friday 8AM-10PM.
