Hire Dynamics is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Customer Service Representative job in Monroe, NC. This is a potential temporary to hire opportunity. As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for assisting customers with order related issues and providing timely and accurate follow through. Responsibilities for this Customer Service Representative job include:


* Work with sales offices, profit centers, shipping department and finance to support customer requirements

* Research order statuses and reconcile product issues



  • Experience in account management 

  • Experience with JD Edwards

  • Proficient knowledge of PC applications, Proveit testing required

  • Ability to display a positive and professional attitude even under stressful situations

  • Ability to always demonstrate proper communication techniques, both written and verbal, to convey to all customers which reflect favorably upon the company image and products

  • Ability to work as a team player, and understands and knows how to work harmoniously and effectively with fellow co-workers


Normal work hours are 8am to 4:30pm, overtime may be required and may include some Saturday work. Positions start at $17+/hr, depending on experience.
