Hire Dynamics is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Customer Service Representative job in Alpharetta, GA. This is a contract opportunity. As a Customer Service representative you will be responsible for making outbound calls to medical facilities and inputting information of medical records. Responsibilities for this Customer Service Representative job include:

  • Ability to maintain productivity objectives for required phone contacts and complete required administrative work (i.e. manual faxes, requests for mail labels for medical offices, documenting and returning voicemails/emails)

  • Ability to acknowledge and respect confidential information

  • Complete HIPAA; Fraud, Waste & Abuse; and Medicare training requirements

  • Ability to prioritize tasks based upon project objective goals for completion

  • Ability to work under stress and adapt to change

  • Must be flexible as schedule changes may occur due to call volume and/or staff size

  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced, timeline-driven environment to meet project commitments and goals

  • Exemplary communication skills with the ability to articulate information in a clear, concise manner to multiple levels of the organization, including clients

  • Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Platform

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to overcome provider or facility objections in order to successfully retrieve a chart

  • Strong organizational skills, including establishing priorities, process facilitation and project management/communication

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Have a professional telephone voice

  • Have 1-3 years of Call Center experience

  • Use respectful language

  • Pay attention to detail

  • Have strong customer service skills

  • Organization skills

  • Ability to influence

  • Maximize CR by efficiently scheduling

  • Use logical and communication skills

 

The position is Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM.

$14/hr.
