Hire Dynamics is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill Customer Service Representative positions in Monroe, NC. These are direct hire opportunities. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with order related issues and providing timely and accurate follow through. Responsibilities for these Customer Service Representative jobs include:


* Work with sales offices, profit centers, shipping department and finance to support customer requirements

* Research order statuses, reconcile product issues and keep customers up to date on any changes, delays, etc.




  • Experience with JD Edwards

  • Proficient knowledge of MSO applications, Prove-it testing required

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in supporting customers in a manufacturing environment

  • Ability to display a positive and professional attitude even under stressful situations

  • Ability to always demonstrate proper communication techniques, both written and verbal, to convey to all customers information which reflects favorably upon the company image and products

  • Ability to work as a team player, and ability to work harmoniously and effectively with fellow co-workers


Normal work hours are 8am to 4:30pm, overtime may be required and may include some Saturday work. Positions start at $17 per hour. Excellent benefits!
