Customer Service Representative - Bilingual
Our customer in the North Druid Hills area is currently seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative. You must speak fluent Spanish, have a college degree and have at least 1-3 years of Customer Service Experience to be considered for this position. Below are the requirements.
Assists customers in servicing existing products and services in a call center environment. Assists customers by
answering questions or addressing concerns about their deposit accounts, loan accounts, ATM/Check cards,
Online Banking, Mobile Banking and Bill Pay. Also assists prospects in answering questions and/or opening new
accounts. Promotes use of all other services of the bank. Carries out outbound calling campaigns as assigned by
Foreign Language (Spanish) Advanced

Associates or better in Banking or related field.
Bachelors or better in Banking or related field.
