Customer Service Rep
NOW HIRING: Full-Time, Entry Level, Inbound Call Center Representatives.
CLASS BEGINS: March 11, 2019
AVAILABILITY: 8am-8pm (44 hr. work week)
TRAINING: 8am-5pm (5 weeks)
Pay: $10.00/hr. & OVERTIME AVAILABLE AFTER TRAINING
Normal weekly hours include 10 ½-hour Mondays and 9 ½-hour Tuesdays and will total approximately 44 hours.
You must have great attendance & ability to handle high call volume (40 to 80)
DESCRIPTION: Hire Dynamics has collaborated with one of America's largest business process outsourcing, revenue cycle and receivables management companies in the United States. We are looking for inbound call center customer service representatives with a passion for delivering exceptional caring customer service support to its clients. This is a "temp-to-hire position" we are looking for individuals who can commit to a minimum of 6 months. We offer paid training!
* Must have at least a minimum of 1-year customer service or 6 months call center experience preferred
* Must be flexible to work Monday - Friday
* High School diploma or equivalent required
* Ability to type a minimum of 30 wpm
* Ability to work in high pressure environment
* Ability to multi-task and make problem solving skills
* Ability to communicate effectively over the telephone and convey a customer-centric attitude
Pay: up to $10/hour
