Hire Dynamics is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill Customer Service/Dispatch Associates in Cherryville, NC. This is a temporary position, but can lead into a long term opportunity. As a Customer Service/Dispatch Associate, you will be responsible for assisting clients when they call in and basic office duties. Apply Now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

Responsibilities for the Customer Service/Dispatch position include:

  • Answering incoming calls on switchboard

  • Contacting customers regarding their invoices

  • Faxing, filing, scanning

  • Data entry

Qualifications:

  • Must have a HS dip or GED

  • Previous customer service and clerical experience required

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Must be able to multi-task

These positions are Monday - Friday from 8am to 5pm and will pay $10/hour. These positions are temporary, however they could lead into a long term opportunity.
