Hire Dynamics is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an Customer Care Specialist job in Mount Holly This is a long term opportunity. As a Customer Care Specialist you will be responsible for 24/7 customer service for timely delivery of Aviation de-icing products throughout North America. Responsibilities for this Customer Care Specialist job include:


* Answer phone calls and emails from customers in a fast paced service business environment

* Create orders and deliveries for customers

* Assume lead ownership of a customer issue until resolved

* Monitor delivery process in order to invoice on time

* Inform planning proactively and accordingly about customer requirements

* Record customer complaints in QNS database and follow up to ensure completion

* Collaboration during snow events with entire aviation team as to best way to meet customer requirements

* Demonstrate positive team behavior, inspire and support internal partners and teammates




* Identify opportunities and projects which eliminate non-value added tasks and improve efficiencies

* Assist in the optimization of inventory levels with guidance from NA Manager and logistics

* Facilitate an effective communication within the unit/support groups

* Interface between aviation team, 3rd party locations, credit and transportation management

* Work in a Safety minded culture

* Willingness and ability to handle off hour duties, including nights and weekends

* Must be willing to be on call 24/7


Hourly pay rate: $25.00 (DOE)
