Hire Dynamics is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Clerk job in Smyrna, TN area. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity. Apply Now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

 

Responsibilities for this Clerk job include:

 

  • Processing inbound and outbound driver paperwork

  • Answering phones

  • Data entry, scanning, and imaging of documents

  • Running reports as required

  • Auditing documents for accuracy

  • All general office tasks as required

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Previous clerical experience, in a warehouse related environment preferred

  • Previous warehouse management systems knowledge

  • High School Diploma required; associate’s degree or higher preferred

  • Effective oral and written communication skills

  • Proficient in MS Office including but not limited to MS Word & Excel

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Strong work ethic, proven attendance record and professional references

  • Ability to work afternoons or midnights. Flexibility highly preferred.
