Our customer in the Norcross area is currently seeking a Call Center Supervisor. Below are the requirements: If you can't work between 11AM - 8PM please do not apply to this position.

 

Call Center Supervisor 11AM - 8 PM

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Work closely with C/S manager on input & tracking of Nat. Accts. Data changes

and updates. Supervises shift employees & Schedules;

Performs Call Evaluations; Employee Service Reporting;

Qtrly. Performance Evaluations; Perform employee alarm

statistics; Oversee process of new contracts through the database

 

 

 

 

 

Receives and resolves subscriber inquiries, generate

cancellation forms, assist in reducing attrition, capture

new, conversion and takeover leads, schedule repair

service, resolve billing questions and process credits,

lend limited technical support to customers on

operating their alarm control. Responds to alarm activity when necessary. 90%

Other duties as assigned. 10%

 

 

Saturday/Sunday rotation schedule

new & improved ways of doing the job, to serve our

customers better, create greater operating efficiencies

& add value to our company.

 

 

Customer service skills, ability to work under pressure

of time constraints and to prioritize client issues, high

volume inbound calls, multi-tasked, oral and written

communication skills, and PC experience is required.

Work effectively in a team support environment to achieve total subscriber satisfaction.

Regular and consistent attendance is an essential function of this position

 

 

 

 

 

Associate degree or higher or the comparable experience, or by selection based on potential

Minimum - 5 years of supervision experience, or selection based on potential

Able to push and pull file cabinet/desk drawers open and close.

Sits in a chair at a desk for approximately 6-7 hours daily.

Retrieve items/supplies on overhead shelves and

bend/stoop to reach files located in bottom file cabinets.

Must be able to use calculator, telephone, typewriter/keyboard and various office machines

on a daily basis and be able to write.

 

Communicate both in person and on the telephone, enter information on the computer and

read various instructions.
