Responsibilities for this Bi-Lingual Administrative Assistant job include:
Assisting with various HR duties
Managing vendor relationships
Timekeeping and payroll duties
Creating spreadsheets in excel to track various measures including attendance, vacation etc.
Work extensively in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook and SAP.
Handling of confidential HR matters
Keeping up with contractor timecards and distributing to various agencies
Answering phones and responding to email inquiries.
MUST be bilingual (Spanish/English)
Some HR Knowledge
Able to handle confidential matters (HR related)
Experience with SAP is a plus but not a must
Previous payroll knowledge is a plus
1st Shift: Must be flexible. Will sometimes be a 7-7:30am start. Will sometimes start at 9a-9:30a and stay later.
