Responsibilities for this Administrative Assistant job include:


  • Help process returns

  • Enter orders and other data into Excel

  • Invoice in Quickbooks

  • Answer phones

  • Assist customers

  • Handle order intake

  • Other office duties such as filing, mailing, etc.





  • Recent administrative experience

  • 2 years working in Excel

  • Experience working in Quickbooks
