Hire Dynamics is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Administrative Assistant job in Duncan, SC. This is a temp to hire opportunity. As an Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for answering/ transferring phone calls and schedule courier shipments (FedEx, UPS, etc.). Responsibilities for this Administrative Assistant job include:


  • Answering and transferring phone calls

  • Data Entry & work tickets

  • Receive and organize all paperwork such as shipping and receiving paperwork

  • Electronically scan and upload documents

  • Physically file paper documents

  • Maintain office supplies in stock



  • 5 years of office experience required

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel (applicants will be required to complete an Excel skills assessment test)

  • Excellent telephone etiquette

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Pleasant customer service skills

Pay will be compensate by experience, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm.
