ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Proficient in talent acquisitions, payroll processing, time keeping and HRIS systems.
Assist in the screening process for new hires and scheduling interviews.
Organize and maintain file system and file correspondence and other records. Assist with the maintenance of worker compensation files and training files.
Prepare outgoing mail and correspondence including e-mail and faxes. Make copies of correspondence or other printed materials as necessary.
Conduct research and compile statistical and daily reports for managers.
Provides exceptional customer service functions by answering and screening telephone calls and answering basic team member questions.
Support internal and external community events in alignment with company values.
Assist with new hire administrative processes, new hire orientation, and team member engagement.
Order and maintain supplies.
Other duties may be assigned.
Strong Microsoft Office Skills
Must be comfortable with V-lookups, Pivot tables, etc.
Flexible to work in various departments and locations as required
Strong time management, oral and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Perform functions with a high degree of ethics and confidentiality
Act with a sense of urgency
Able to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate’s Degree preferred and/or 1-3 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
