Hire Dynamics is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an Accounting Clerk job in Blacksburg. This is a temporary opportunity. As an Accounting Clerk you will be responsible for invoice discrepancies & working with suppliers. Apply Now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

 

Responsibilities for this Accounting Clerk job include:

 

* Work with plant associates to clear up discrepancies with invoices/receipts.

* Work with suppliers / vendors to resolve issues with parts/paperwork

* Work with corporate accounting to resolve issues with invoices

* Scan paperwork and attach to appropriate purchase order in SAP

* Promote Good Housekeeping

* Participate in Magnolia’s Safety Process

* Other items as assigned by the Plant Controller

 

Qualifications:

 

* Minimum 2-year work experience

* Must have Strong Computer Skills

* Proficient in Microsoft Office

* Excellent Communication Skills

 

Qualifications - Preferred but Not Required:

 

* Accounting and/or Customer Service Experience

* Experience with SAP or similar ERP system

Hours: Monday-Friday 8-5

Pay: $15.16
