2nd Shift Call Center Representative
Hire Dynamics is currently searching for exceptional talent to work a temp to hire customer service position in Norcross, GA. Training is 4 weeks long from 7am-4pm M-F. After training, the schedule is from 4pm-1am including weekends (2 days off during the week). We are looking for pleasant phone voices who can maintain their cool under pressure to assist alarm customers with service and billing issues. Schedules will be assigned after training.
Responsibilities and Duties
Associates will be taking incoming calls from alarm customers in regards to new service setup, billing questions, or alarm service scheduling.
Qualifications and Skills
Talent must have a pleasant phone voice with the ability to multi-task between the phone and computer screen.

Salary: $12.00 /hour
